D.K. After listening and reading about what is put into many of our skin care products, I was saddened and shocked that many manufactures would risk our health for the sake of profit! Our skin is our largest organ and what we put on it does permeate into our bodies, according to research.
The following video will explain more about that.
Sometimes it is a shock to look in the mirror and not see the young person we once were.
Some folks are going to great expense to buy products that are not healthy to look younger.
However, be encouraged by this:
It is time to love our lines: When people looked at photos of the same smiling women with and without crow’s-feet, they rated the ones with fine lines as more authentic and more attractive, reports a recent NYU study. See? Sincerity equals beauty after all!!!

D.K. I have two dear friends who are 100. I find them beautiful because they are full of joy!
They still share their enthusiasm for life. I have asked Ms. Betty ( 101, January 1, 2016) what is her secret for longevity.
Her answer was, “ I make sure tomorrow is happier than today!” I found that truly amazing!!!
My point….When we share a smile it adds so much beauty to our faces.
I will be adding many natural spa tips that are quick, easy and not expensive. So please continue to check in. My desire is for all of us to have less exposure to chemicals. I do care!
