Why Do I Age? Get Sick? Get Diseases?

What are cells made of?
Cells are made of many atoms. When these cells are healthy the cells will make an exact copy and keep the body young.
What makes an atom healthy is that it has “paired” electrons.
When atoms miss an electron they are not just “bad”…they destroy surrounding atoms by stealing their electrons. An atom missing an electron is called a free radical. Free radicals alter or destroy cells!
Cells that die and cells that replicate in a damaged state are the cause or contribute to premature aging, sickness and diseases such as cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis and many others.
Where do free radicals (bad guys) come from?
- food additives
- chlorine in treated water
- mercury in seafood
The solution is antioxidants.
Antioxidants have “extra” electrons that they can give to free radicals, which eliminates their harmful effects.

How do free radicals cause and/ or contribute to heart disease?

D.K. What I have read many times is free radical damage can cause cancer, heart disease, aging, arthritis and cataracts.
The medical “holistic” newslettersI read do state that antioxidant are the antidote for free radical damage.
You might be wondering where do the antioxidants come from. They are found in fruits and vegetables. They are also found in other types of foods, such as bean, nuts, oils.
Much research has stated that organic foods have higher concentrations of antioxidants than processed foods grown with pesticides.

Vitamin Supplement Warning!!!
Not all vitamin supplements are beneficial. They must be absorbed by your body.
X-rays have been taken where entire vitamin pills were located in the lower colon and were never used by the body.
If your vitamins are not broken down and absorbed in your body then they are a waste of money and no help to your cell health.

A little history into why the subject of health is of interest to me….I saw my father on life support twice. He passed. (Wish I knew then what I know now)
My mother has had 2 heart attacks and 2 strokes and 21 surgeries. (If you saw her you would never know!..Doctors often tease her by asking to see her driver’s license to verify her age) She did not have health awareness while she was young but has made up for it in later years.
I suggested a supplement regimen and she has gotten off 2/3’s of her medications. We did this under her doctor’s supervision. Changes should always be done with medical consult.
